The art of living beautifully.
Somewhere along the way, I've come to appreciate that a beautiful life isn't just about the big milestones—it's about the little moments, the spaces we create, and the things that bring us joy.
As I navigate midlife, I'm finding myself increasingly drawn to the pursuit of beauty, pleasure, and everyday joy. Not because anything is missing, but because there's something wonderful about intentionally making room for more of what makes life feel good.
My professional life as a psychologist is deeply meaningful and fulfilling, but design, decorating, and creating beautiful spaces have always been another part of who I am. I've spent years rearranging furniture, reimagining rooms, and finding inspiration in the smallest details. For me, it's never been just about how a space looks—it's about how it makes us feel.
Life in Fine Form is my little corner of the world dedicated to that creative side of life. A place to share thoughtfully curated finds, inspired interiors, attainable luxuries, and all the lovely things that make everyday living feel a bit more special.
I believe good taste doesn't require an extravagant budget, that our homes should evolve alongside us, and that there's no expiration date on discovering new passions.
So here's to this chapter of life—to creating, exploring, finding beauty in unexpected places, and giving ourselves permission to enjoy the pretty things along the way.
I'm so glad you're here. 🤍
